If you are a Canadian applicant or an international applicant with an approved study permit, you may apply for possible openings, or to be placed on a wait list. International applicants with an approved study permit are still required to submit the International application form.
International applicants without an approved study permit should refer to the IRCC website for important information on study permits and timelines prior to submitting an application to 黑料老司机.
